It was a loud bang while closing the heavy garage door. So, it turned out both the heavy-duty torsion springs broke and needed replacement immediately considering both of our cars were still inside. Considering they are a 24/7 garage door service company they were able to come in an hour and commenced to replacing the three hinges which were broken, installed new high-end springs and installed a brace on the lower panel.
