Founded in 1981 by Dr. Murray, and continued by his son Dr. Kevin Greenspan-Greenspan Wellness Center has been serving the residents of WNC for over 30 years. Dr. Greenspan emphasizes drug and surgery-free options for peripheral neuropathy reversal, bone-on-bone knees, and doctor-assisted weight loss.
