Blackbird Gluten Free Bakery is a Celiac Safe Establishment. I started my business due to my daughter's diagnosis of Celiac Disease. I have Baked Gf for over 25 years. I started my business in 2021. I bake Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free for Egg Allergies, and Vegan. I have also started a small line of Sugar Free items. If you are in need of a specialty order, such as sugar free, please let me know so we can work together for your dietary needs.
