River Valley Power and Sport originated from the vision, determination and perseverance of its' founder and owner, John Wooden.
John started out small with a lawn business in 1996 and continually evolved the business model to include retail by adding outdoor power equipment and power sports lines. After many successful years in the retail business, John and his wife Carrie, who both enjoyed the boating lifestyle, made the decision to add the marine niche to their retail offerings.
