Led by a former Division 1 athlete and Licensed Professional Counselor, Yamilet Molina, we provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help clients improve their confidence, recover from eating disorders, increase sports performance, and achieve lasting mental and emotional well-being. Our clinicians are HAES aligned, size inclusive, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
