A friend recommended My Quality Windows and Remodeling after our roof took a beating in the last storm. They helped us navigate the insurance claim, explaining everything clearly so we weren't left in the dark. The crew showed up when they said they would and kept the place clean the whole time. Honestly, the whole process felt way less stressful than I expected, and our roof looks solid now. Sent their number to a few neighbors already.

I spoke with several residential and commercial roofing contractors in Madison Heights, and only My Quality Windows and Remodeling sold me what I actually needed, not what other contractors wanted to sell me. Their salesperson played a crucial role in helping us save a lot of money on our roof project, and the quality of the work was excellent. For the first time in many years, I didn't receive a call from a tenant about a leaky roof. The new roof has performed great so far, and I'm confident it will last for a long time. I'm very happy with the service!

My partner and I recently purchased a brownstone in Madison Heights, and the roof was in terrible shape. We decided to go with My Quality Windows and Remodeling for the roofing job, and we're thrilled with the results. They completely removed the old roof and replaced it with a new one, which included new skylights, a roof hatch, and a gutter system. What really impressed us was their attention to detail and their willingness to accommodate all our requests. The crew did a great job explaining the work they were doing and addressing any issues that came up, whether big or small. They were punctual, friendly, and showed a lot of respect not just for us and our home but also for our neighbors.

Straight talk: I put off replacing my roof for two years because I didn't trust contractors. They changed that. They showed up to my place over on 11 Mile Rd with a drone camera, mapped the whole roof surface, and sat down at my kitchen table to walk through every photo before even mentioning a price. My Quality Window & Remodeling (Madison Heights) filed everything with my insurance carrier directly - I signed one form and they handled the rest. The finished job looks sharp, the old shingles and underlayment were completely cleared by end of day, and the manufacturer warranty they registered in my name is good for 20 years on the material itself.

I manage a 24-unit apartment complex over near Dequindre Rd and keeping up with roofing repairs across multiple buildings is a constant headache, until I found My Quality Window & Remodeling (Madison Heights). Damien handled the inspection personally, gave me a detailed written report showing which sections were at end-of-life versus just needing spot repairs, and helped me prioritize what to tackle first without blowing the full maintenance budget. The crew knocked out two full sections of shingles in three days and I didn't get a single tenant complaint about debris or noise running late. They also set me up with a transferable warranty on the new material, which is a big deal when you're managing property you don't personally own.
