There was always someone that answered the phone, and could give me an update even when my IP officer was off.
My IP officer kept me informed all the time, and explained things that I didn't understand. Everything seemed very organised and timely and my services were delivered in 7 weeks, (could easily have been less than 6 weeks but I delayed it deliberately as I was waiting for my funds to get in-order).
More Expensive than other firms but definitely worth it. My IP officer was called Nick Davis, I would insist on having him handle my case if I'll use their services again!
