We are writing this to strongly caution other business owners against using this company. Our experience with Dan was misleading from the very first sales call. We initially compared his services with another media company, and Dan Twiss (Owner) explicitly conveyed that we would receive the same products and that he could achieve 1st-page rankings for us. The reality was the opposite. After months of him blatantly lying about our results-which we have direct proof of via Google Rankings, we decided to stop paying for the service. In retaliation, he chose to remove our website & proprietary content, despite the fact that the website was supposed to be included in the fees we had already paid. When we questioned his poor performance, the situation turned unprofessional immediately. He not only launched a verbal attack over the phone but followed up with a condescending email claiming he had put "thousands of dollars in man-hours" into our project. This is hard to believe considering he used AI to generate the site and didn't even complete the edits we spent three business days reviewing and uploading for his team. Although we were on a minimum investment monthly for this service his failure to deliver what was promised is and should be a major concern for anyone wishing to move forward doing business with him. Our experience with Dan has been a complete disaster. If you are considering this marketing company, look at the facts of our experience: Misleading Sales: He promised 1st-page rankings and specific deliverables to win our business over a competitor. He never delivered. Lying about Results: We have proof via Google Rankings that his claims about our progress were false. Retaliation: When we stopped paying due to lack of results, he took down our website, which was included in the fees we already paid. Poor Quality: He claims to have spent "thousands in man-hours," but used AI to generate the site and failed to implement edits we spent days preparing. Unprofessionalism: When questioned, he resorted to verbal attacks over the phone and followed up with condescending emails. Be aware that despite claiming to be in business for over a year, this is only his 3rd review. We would strongly recommend against using Dan or Twiss Marketing with his unprofessional business practices. We have screenshots of his emails, Site Statistics, Service proposal from third party which he claimed to match, and our Google Rankings in which he claimed we were leading as 1st position vs actual as proof to substantiate this subpar review. In Summary: Steer clear.
