"Hope for Homeless in Michigan" is a remarkable initiative that has been making a significant impact on the lives of those experiencing homelessness We are H12, located in the Greater Grand Rapids area of Michigan. We are available 24 hours per day to assist anyone who comes to us needing assistance with all life matters: from legal assistance to school clothing for their children to attend school. Some folks may need help paying for auto repairs or a temporary place to stay until permanent housing becomes available.
