I have never had such poor and unprofessional service from a company. We hired them to remove 2 blue spruce trees from our property on October 22. On October 22 and 23 they cut down the two trees and removed the debris. On October 24 they asked me if I could pay them for the job because they were having financial difficulties. I paid them for the entire bill which included stump grinding and removal. On the invoice they marked paid in full and stated that they would have the stump grinding done by October 30 and as of today November 8th the stumps still exist and they will not return my phone calls or texts.
At the same time we had hired them to cut down a third tree in the back yard. On October 25 they delimbed the tree except for the very top and they never returned to finish that job either. They texted me on Tuesday November 5th and said they were having issues with their insurance company and would not be returning to complete the job leaving us with a dangerous top heavy 80 ft tree in our yard. They will not return my calls regarding that situation either. I would never recommend them to anyone and wish that I had known of their work ethics so that I would have never hired them to do this job. As of today I am out of $500 of services they will not complete.
