I have a real estate business. I have been successful overall but by far, the hardest part of the business is finding trustworthy, reasonable, astute, talented and diligent professionals. Lopez Gomez has never let me down. The communication is so positive and genuine. When clarifications are needed to ensure the customer is happy, I always get a text or phone call. The prices are very fair for the amount of labor involved. I never have to worry when Lopez Gomez is on the job. In fact, not only have they worked on all of my properties (same consistent contractors show so you build relationships), they have done extensive work in my personal home. One of my best experiences came when I had to quickly flip a property. I needed a total gut rehab in the kitchen. While several shady contractors shared astronomical quotes, Mr. Lopez Gomez was honest as always. He quickly admitted he had only hanged cabinets once or twice. I went with him and never regretted it. He did a superb job. :). It was considerably less than others and it was done right. He is faithful and truly cares about respecting the client on all levels. That is rare these days. He also has done everything from paint my house, install crown molding and trim, cut down trees, split and stack wood, landscaping, replaced a vanity prepping for new countertops, minor plumbing, etc. My home has insane angles and 28 foot high ceilings. He painted it very well and efficiently. If I ever notice anything that needs a look, he's right there ready to apply a remedy. I love that he does not work on Sundays and most Saturdays. He cherishes his time with his family and church. Mr. Lopez Gomez is to be trusted in my opinion. He has been there for my business and my family, time and time again. Never has he not shown up or completed a job. NEVER.
