We primarly offer sound bath meditation and mindfullness workshops, with certifications as a sound healer, mindfulness mediation facilitator, Reiki practitioner, health coach, and recovery coach, I bring an integrative and holistic approach to helping clients optimize their mental and physical health and well-being.
