TrueSelf Coaching and Consulting uses psychometric assessments to help leaders increase self-awareness and identify challenges and strengths. TrueSelf Coaching and Consulting is owned and operated by me (Adrienne Woods). Now you may be wondering, “Who is Adrienne Woods?"? I am a Christian, wife, mother, daughter, sister, leader, educator, coach, entrepreneur, and so much more! Perhaps what is most important for those who are considering a coach or consultant is that I am committed to partnering with organizations and leaders (with and without formal titles) to increase internal and external self-awareness and identify blind spots and unrecognized areas of challenge with the aim of helping them leverage their strengths. In short, I help individuals discover their truest selves so they can live and lead with authenticity, purpose, and a positive impact.
