I am happy that I decided to use the Delaney Team instead of accepting a 1/2% refund from my mortgage company for using their relator referral services. I was happy with every aspect of the Delaney Team's service and when you are dealing with such a large transaction, a small rebate is not worth getting a poorer sale and service. -Mike D.
