Hasu-Seizo is a family-owned only Japanese kitchen knife retailer. We are rooted in tradition and are happy to be able to spread the quality and culture of Japanese craftsmanship. Our knives are internationally renowned and hand-crafted, using centuries-old skills in the heart of Japanese cities like Osaka, Sakai City, and the Ibaraki Prefecture outside of Tokyo.
