Action Karate Oreland is a martial arts school specializing in kids and adults karate classes for individuals of all ages and abilities. At Action Karate Oreland, our mission is to empower individuals of all age groups by boosting their self-esteem, concentration, and overall fitness. Our specialized Ninja Sharks program is tailored for children as young as 3 years old, emphasizing the development of self-control. For older kids, we offer the White thru Red program, which is designed to build confidence and self-discipline. Teens and adults can become part of our Senior Black Belt program, where we focus on achieving both mental and physical balance. We strongly emphasize the importance of building a close-knit community.
