At John K. Emery, CREA, we’re more than just appraisal services; we’re a legacy in the heart of Portland, OR. Founded in 1985, we’ve dedicated over 38 years to mastering the intricacies of residential appraisals, especially those that fall outside the “ordinary.” We’ve become the go-to for residential clients in need of appraisals for unconventional properties. Why? Because we’re not just appraisers; we’re advisors, partners, and most importantly, trusted experts.
