BOARD30 Taos is a boutique fitness studio that offers low-impact, high-intensity interval training using resistance bands. Inspired by Pilates, yoga, barre, and TRX, BOARD30 provides an endlessly varied full-body workout in just 30-45 minutes. Each high-energy session recruits more muscles—big and small—than traditional forms of strength training, resulting in an integrally fit and balanced body that will help you feel stronger and more agile in your everyday life. The BOARD30 method is customizable–making it accessible to all fitness levels–and is a great way to work through and prevent injuries.
