What is BAM-T? Boxing provides a cathartic release that few other physical activities provide. Focus while punching, awareness of balance and deep breathing inherently creates a mindful activity. The control, discipline and empowerment can uncover your unique strengths and support deep therapeutic processing. Paul works with new clients individually or in very small groups (3 max) to Introduce them to the program.
