I know the challenges of changing your diet to meet your health goals first hand and am passionate about helping you navigate the many issues you might encounter. When meeting me, we will take into consideration your medical history, lifestyle, and food and cooking preferences to come up with a personalized nutrition care plan that is evidence-based and will improve your health and well-being.
