We are a residential home builder and remodeler serving the greater Southeastern Michigan area from large additions/renovations to single-family new home construction. Welcome to Essex Custom Homes and Remodeling, the cornerstone of custom home building and remodeling in Southeast Michigan. Founded on the solid partnership of Scott Seidell and Chris Costello, our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to construct not just houses, but homes that hold memories, dreams, and futures.
