Chelsie and Nicole have been friends and eating together since 2005. They share a passion for delicious, healthy food and finding the good in life. TrüFuel was born out of friendship, love of food, an TrüFuel was created locally to bring together healthy, delicious food with active, busy people. It’s a fun and convenient way to increase the good in our lives. It’s a good day! The Pedersen and Ward families connected while the husbands (Blake and Brian) were both students in St. Louis Missouri. Blake and Brian had known each other as undergraduates years before and their wives quickly became friends. (And their kids became friends!) As their families adventured and traveled together, they would regularly seek out the local Acai bowl shops and their love for Acai bowls grew! They found their favorites and developed TrüFuel’s menu with quality ingredients that taste as good as they look.
