Have a rental property in Lakewood and live near Bemus Point myself. McCandless has serviced both properties. Called them for well pump repair in Lakewood NY on the rental when tenants reported low pressure-they diagnosed and fixed a failing check valve quickly and fairly. Then had them install a water softener in Bemus Point NY at my primary residence. Consistent quality both times, fair pricing, and they're easy to schedule. When you find a contractor you can trust with your properties, you stick with them. McCandless is that company for us.
