Embrace U is a psychiatric-based mental health treatment center in Chattanooga, TN designed for adolescents aged 10 to 18. We offer intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP). IOP participants come three days a week for about 3 hours per day. PHP participants come five days a week for about 5 hours a day. Through individual and group therapy, the program equips young people with tools and strategies to manage mental health conditions, develop communication skills, and build self-esteem. Embrace U offers a comprehensive treatment approach, including medication management, parent support groups, and various types of therapy. We're in network with most insurance plans.
