QC Kinetix 3310 S Broadway Ave Ste 203, Tyler, TX QC Kinetix took advantage of my elderly parents. My mother signed up with this AWFUL company, had one procedure/appointment and got significantly worst. She able to get around ok before this but in pain. After this one encounter with these folks she was unable to even get out of bed. QC Kinetix still wanted $10,000. My father was told at the beginning of all of this that if this procedure was not successful, they would "work something out". My father went back and forth with them and paid about $6,000 in payments trying to make good on the deal. A representative with the company told my dad that this would be enough but only is the gave the rep his router and account info from his bank, my dad was uncomfortable with doing this. (Dad saying these reps where unusually cruel) QC sole the debt to another company who now wants the whole $10,000 from the original debt. After he was already paid $6,000. One procedure/appointment that went terribly wrong and it cost $16,000! Nice work QC Kinetix, everyone associated with this place should be ashamed of yourself.
