Stephanie bait and switch me with fees after we were suppose to close the loan. She claimed the rate locked expired and that there were more fees even tough rates had dropped and I should have had a better rate. I was forced to accept the last minute extra fees to avoid penalties of not closing escrow timely.

Avoid! Our heater had not been working for 2 months now and Stephanie is ignoring and will not get it repaired.

Stephanie was a horrible landlord thst did no repairs and did not even respond to requests. We had to make repairs, deduct rent and then deal with non stop legal threats. Avoid the headaches.
