I'm Jon Burden, a SW Colorado Realtor with Durango's #1 YouTube channel. Family-focused, outdoors-driven, and here to help. I'm Jon Burden, your dedicated Realtor servicing Southwest Colorado and the Albuquerque area in New Mexico. As the #1 YouTube channel in Durango, Colorado focused on living in the area, I give buyers a great understanding of what the neighborhoods and areas have to offer. I also offer unique exposure for seller's homes through high-quality videos and a large audience on my channel. I have 8 years of experience as a Realtor, I was a Navy SEAL Candidate, and Search and Rescue Swimmer, which gave me great experience in extremely hard work. Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my incredible family, my wife and two boys. I love to fly fish, power lift, mountain bike, paddleboard, backpack, spearfish, and free dive with sharks!
