Elvis Massip-Perez, MD is a family medicine specialist at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Elvis L. Massip-Perez, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who earned his medical degree at Ponce Sciences University School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He then completed his Family Medicine residency at Bella Vista Family Medicine Program in Puerto Rico in 2020. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Massip-Perez joined Kelsey-Seybold in January 2026. In addition to well care, Dr. Massip-Perez provides treatment for acute conditions such as gastrointestinal viruses, flu, and injuries, as well as chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. His clinical interests focus on mental health and obesity, as well as disease prevention and education.
