Dr. Thomas was born in Bahrain and lived there for 16 years before moving to Long Island, NY. She also briefly lived and studied in Dublin, Ireland. She graduated with honors from Stony Brook University. She attended medical school at St. George's University and her residency training at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
