Pioneer Spirit is a Nashville-based media and marketing studio offering video, photo, and strategy for mission-driven brands, civic leaders, and organizations across the U.S. Pioneer Spirit is a full-service media and marketing company built for brands and leaders with conviction. Headquartered in Nashville and serving clients nationwide, we offer strategic creative direction, cinematic video, high-impact photography, and marketing systems designed to scale. We work with mission-driven organizations, public figures, and civic-minded brands that value integrity, clarity, and long-term results. Whether you’re launching a new initiative, telling your brand story, or running a campaign that matters—our work earns trust and drives outcomes. Founded by Matthew and Claire Sandstrom, Pioneer Spirit was created as an antidote to trend-chasing agencies that water down your message to please the algorithm. We believe strong stories deserve strong strategy—and we help you bring both to life. If you’re looking to grow without selling out, we’re your team.
