Our community rests on 3 acres with 40 double-wide and single-wide manufactured home sites. We are located on the rolling Manatee River, a 36-mile-long waterway which provides ample fishing and boating opportunities for residents. The Manatee River forms in the northeastern corner of Manatee County and flows into the Gulf of Mexico at the southern edge of Tampa Bay.
