Known nationwide for its high-intensity and purpose-driven training, the Academy leverages elite instruction and professional-grade performance strategies modeled closely after the routines and methodologies used by National Basketball Association (NBA) professionals. Certified training staff delivers instruction built on Coach Johnny "Dribble2Much" Stephene's proven NBA player development curriculum, combined with their distinct training styles. This unique blend enables athletes to develop advanced skills, including strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention, which they can apply in ball handling, shooting, and footwork.
