All fish is made fresh to order. We build all our recipes from scratch, using what the ocean provides. We are a fish market and restaurant, bringing local wild-caught seafood straight off the boat and straight to your plate. All our fish come from our boat, FV Winnebago, and from our network of local fishermen. We are a seafood restaurant here to give the local San Diego community a high-quality, uncompromised product that is "straight off the boat" fresh. No shortcuts.
