At Myo-Spir, our therapy is all about changing habits and strengthening muscles to improve how we breathe, speak, chew and swallow. It's possible to have life-changing results from a myofunctional therapy program, such as decreasing mouth breathing and increasing healthy sleep functions. Still, it's worth bearing in mind that every patient is different. Depending on the areas we are trying to improve, I will tailor a treatment plan for you and address your specific needs. There will include various exercises and monthly check-ins with you to support your progress and make adjustments to the program as needed.
