Veteran-owned Wyoming DD Waiver and HCBS provider supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Essential Living Support, LLC is a Veteran-owned provider of Wyoming DD Waiver and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We provide person-centered support that promotes independence, community inclusion, daily living skills, safety, choice, and quality of life. Services include Community Living, Community Support, Companion Services, Personal Care, Homemaker Services, Adult Day Services, Respite Care, Life Skills Development, Child Habilitation, Specialized Support, and residential or shared-living support as authorized through each individual's plan of care. Transportation and medication support are provided when authorized. ELS collaborates with individuals, guardians, families, case managers, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Essential Living Support also participates separately as a VA Medical Foster Home provider for eligible Veterans in a private residential setting.
