I am a licensed and certified mental health counselor, consultant, therapist, and addictions specialist (LPC, NCC, CAS) with more than 16 years of experience working within culturally diverse groups to provide “solutions-focused” and cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) for individuals, couples, and families.
