Warranty Uplift® Labor Rates Customized to Your Shop Flat-rate OEM schedules often overlook the real output of your technicians. At Wooden Automotive Consultants, we tailor your Warranty Uplift® labor rates using your shop’s actual wage structure, technician classifications, and hours flagged per RO. Instead of relying on generic averages, we apply actual operational metrics to justify higher retail reimbursement. This approach ensures your submissions hold weight against OEM scrutiny and reflect true shop performance. Our goal is not just approval, but sustainable profitability that aligns with your business’s pace and productivity.
