I hired them to do a simple valve repair for a minor drip on my Bosch Dishwasher. The technician pulled out the unit, and tipped it over, pouring water from the bottom pan directly over the control board. He completely damaged what was working perfectly fine. The company refused to even discuss, and left me with a broken dishwasher. I validated their mistake by having another company replace the board, which worked fine prior. Stay away from these people.
