Golden Retriever Puppies for Sale in Virginia – Quality Family-Raised Breeders I'm Heather Barron, and since our very first female Golden Retriever, Bailey, arrived in 2001, my family and I have been devoted to the art of breeding exceptional Golden Retrievers. Our journey truly took off when Charlie, our lovable Golden in 2015, inspired us to focus on raising not only beautiful but also well-mannered family companions. Located on 23 picturesque acres in Chatham, Virginia—just south of the renowned Smith Mountain Lake—we provide a natural environment where our puppies can roam, play, and even splash in the river. At Barron’s Dan River Retrievers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to breeding top-tier Golden Retriever puppies for sale in Virginia is built on decades of experience and a genuine love for these wonderful dogs.
