Gave them just a plan submission 13 months ago. They were not familiar with the city rules (south San Francisco) and up until today, we went through 3 rounds of submission with the city and Eddie missed basic stuff. Another architect reviewed their work and gave 2 out of 10 rating for their jobs. After 13 months, they haven't still submitted the plans to get permit yet and Eddie doesn't answer the texts or even cares.
