Feel welcome at our Downtown Philadelphia hotel near the convention center Located in the heart of Center City, Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown places guests within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, LOVE Park, the Franklin Institute, the Barnes Foundation, and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway's cultural attractions. The hotel combines a prime downtown location with the comfort and convenience expected of a major meetings hotel, offering inviting amenities, on-site dining, and easy access to Philadelphia's business, leisure, and historic districts. Recent updates have refreshed the property with guest rooms and suites renovated in 2020, a 2026 renovation of the meeting space, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, giving the hotel a modern new feel while reinforcing its appeal for both business and leisure travelers. An upcoming lobby renovation planned for this summer will further enhance the arrival experience and contemporary feel of the hotel.
