Dr. William Farmer is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology, as well as skin cancer detection and treatment. Notably, he is one of the only fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons in the world who has completed an additional fellowship in cosmetic dermatologic surgery.
