My experience with Book Locker was far from satisfactory. The process felt disorganized, and communication was inconsistent throughout the project. I often had to follow up just to get basic updates, and even then the responses were vague. The final delivery lacked polish and didn't reflect the level of professionalism that was initially promised. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I wouldn't choose them again.

I had very high expectations when I decided to use BookLocker for my publishing needs, but the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Communications were slow, vague, and often ignored, leaving me constantly uncertain about the status of my project. Tasks that were promised to be completed quickly dragged on for weeks without updates, and I frequently had to chase them just to get basic information. When the work was finally delivered, it was full of errors that should have been caught in quality checks, from formatting mistakes to inconsistencies in metadata and ebook layout. Revisions were handled poorly, with some requests ignored entirely and others addressed in a half-hearted manner. It felt like the moment they had my project, their level of care disappeared entirely. Their marketing advice and guidance were generic and unhelpful, and the promised distribution and exposure barely materialized. Overall, the experience left me frustrated, stressed, and regretful for trusting them. I would strongly caution any author considering their services to think twice and explore alternatives before investing their time and effort.
