From booking to farewell, every part of the experience was welcoming. The llamas are obviously well cared for and incredibly friendly. My elderly parents joined us, and the team made thoughtful accommodations to ensure they felt included and comfortable. It's rare to find such intentional, people-first service. 10/10!
