My mind was blown when I saw how they wrapped out furniture, so clean work. They used moving blankets and on top of it they shrink everything with shrink wrap. I knew my items will get to my new home in perfect condition. When I booked my move I explained the broker that I had a very bad experience in my last move from CA with a different company and they assured me that it will not happen with Carolina Express Moving , they totally was right!!

Loved the focus on getting everything packed in a way to maximize space in the truck, and the excellent problem solving. The movers had excellent team work, with a focus on getting the job done efficiently and in a timely fashion. They knew what they were doing!!!! As a customer, they always checked in on areas of the move that they felt needed clarification. They did not take anything for granted.

At the end of the move, i realized I needed something shifted and they did it without complaint. They asked me multiple times about the old space and the new space how it looked and whether i was satisfied. The professionalism and customer service were great. Move days can be extremely stressful and I kept waiting for something to go terribly wrong, but choosing these movers to handle my company's office move was the best decision I could've made.
