I highly recommend Christine! Throughout our sessions, Christine listens deeply and helps me articulate my frustrations. The EFT sessions help me release anger or trauma, which allows me to better utilize my own coping skills. Because she understands me and my beliefs, she tailors my sessions with spiritual coaching homework. This encourages me to pray and take action, resulting in a stronger connection with God. Because of these sessions I am using EFT more often for myself and my family. I have even helped a stranger calm down from an approaching panic attack by leading them through a basic tapping session. They were freaking me out so I needed it anyways, haha. I will continue to return to Christine as I discover areas I'm having difficulty coping with.
