Moses Eyecare Center has proudly served the Crown Point community since 2010. Our office offers a wide selection of eyewear and advanced testing for diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, and other eye conditions. We provide convenient evening and weekend hours, with doctors on call for emergencies seven days a week. We accept VSP, EYEMED, DAVID, Medicaid, HIP, and Medicare, welcome walk-ins, and support local vision wellness programs.
