Persuasive Communication Design (PCD) is a concept we've developed and named to summarize our approach to marketing. PCD is the art and science of creating holistic communication programs that drive profitable behavior. We do so by combining consumer insight, compelling design, and relevant technology to enhance communication experiences and enable action. In order to achieve a positive marketing ROI (return on investment), we must create programs that provoke the audience to take action culminating, ultimately, in a sale. Persuasive Communication Design first explores consumer needs and values. We assess how the social and economic climate is affecting the target. We consider the competitive issues. Synthesizing those discoveries into a singular insight that drives an integrated effort.
