A few years back, the automated machine took my money and no services were rendered. It took me several calls and five weeks to finally receive a refund. What a rip off! The machine eats my money, without doing anything for my car and when I call the contact number I'm sent to a message service so that I'm not even contacting the owner/manager! Not returning and not expecting to hear back from the owner. All I want is the wash I paid for. I don't even want the money back just the services I paid for in advance. What kind of company can't even have an attendant working during regular business hours to solve these problems? I understand it's a 24 hour company but during normal business hours they should have someone nearby or at least answering the phone. If you can hire a messaging service to screen the calls from angry PAYING customers they can hire someone to fix problems during business hours.
