Overall, a good experience. Doug is a friendly and knowledgeable contractor. His crew was very good at arriving on time, every day. Tile work and demo were done well. As for the finish work and carpentry, they performed well below expectations. As of 1/2/2019, I have attempted to contact Doug several times to speak with him regarding a few issues that have yet to be resolved, including the installation of a window, cracks in the newly installed ceiling, and a poorly trimmed solid core door. Doug's lack of follow up in regards to these issues forces me to not recommend him for future services.
